6 Years Ago Today

It was a rainy, wet December day. Though it wasn't the white winter wedding we'd dreamed of, it was the most perfect day. We had a candlelit ceremony, my Dad officiated, Kira took the most amazing nighttime flash portraits, so many of our family and friends were present, and we ate comfort food made by my family for the reception. It was the most wonderful day.

In 6 years we've had 4 different homes, adopted 2 dogs, birthed a daughter, started a photography business, and traveled to so many places. I am so thankful for these past 6 years, and cannot wait to see what the future holds for us.
